Ask anything. Change nothing.
Unlimited questions, read-only by design.
- The connector can search and read PROQUIS records, revisions, revision history, reasons for change and audit-trail information. It cannot create, edit, upload, approve, release or withdraw anything in PROQUIS.
- Every change is made manually by a person in PROQUIS, through your organisation's own review and change-control process.
- Each employee signs in with their own PROQUIS login, so existing PROQUIS permissions decide what they can see.
- Swiss Cheese AI's licence server receives only the organisation ID, a device ID and the tool name. It does not receive document content, search terms, usernames or passwords.
How the information is handled
- Read-only does not mean the content stays inside PROQUIS. Anthropic processes the content an employee asks Claude to read, as part of that Claude conversation.
- Swiss Cheese AI licenses the connector only for use with Claude Team and Claude Enterprise, not personal Claude Free, Pro or Max accounts.
- Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, inputs and outputs from its commercial products are not used to train its models by default. The exceptions are feedback or bug reports a user submits, and programmes an organisation explicitly opts in to, such as a development partner programme.
- Claude for Work administrators can set an organisation-wide data retention period. Further arrangements, including zero data retention for eligible products, may be available by agreement with Anthropic; confirm what applies to your Claude Desktop deployment with Anthropic.
- Your organisation contracts directly with Anthropic, which acts as data processor for commercial customers under its Data Processing Addendum. Swiss Cheese AI is not party to that agreement.

How it works
- Subscribe. You receive an organisation ID, an activation code and a private account page.
- Each employee installs the connector in Claude Desktop on Windows and enters the organisation ID, the activation code and their own PROQUIS login. The connector finds your PROQUIS server on the company network.
- Ask Claude. It searches PROQUIS, reads live, draft and withdrawn revisions and their history, and cites document numbers and revisions.
Prices exclude taxes. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Requires Claude Desktop with a Claude plan and an existing PROQUIS installation. Swiss Cheese AI receives licence checks only (organisation ID, device ID, tool name), never PROQUIS content.
